Job Title : Marketing Executive
Job Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Reports To : General manager Sales/Director
Salary : Up to INR 3,00,000/ per Annum- real estate preferably

Responsibilities
§ Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
§ Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
§ Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads
§ Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
§ Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects
§ Identify, approach, and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
§ Provide detailed information, market insights, and property evaluations to clients.
§ Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, legal requirements, and competitor activities.
§ Guide clients through the entire process from inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring smooth transactions.
§ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills & Qualification:-
§ Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
§ Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
§ Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
§ Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
§ Strong understanding and deigital marketing channel tools
§ Ability to work in a team or as a part of team
§ Portfolio of previous marketing project
§ Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
§ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
