- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks)
- Greet customers, take orders and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment and seating areas
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Comply with hygiene, safety and food handling standards
- Assist in food service (pastries, snacks) and basic kitchen prep if required
- Support team operations across counter, floor, and back-end as needed
- Respond to customer queries and ensure a pleasant service experience
