About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AI Business Development Executive to drive sales of AI-powered solutions and IT services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling. Candidates with experience selling AI solutions, SaaS products, software development, automation services, or IT solutions will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable AI and automation solutions.

- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value B2B deals.
- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI solutions, SaaS products, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend technology-based solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in AI Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, Technology Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates from AI, SaaS, IT services, software development, cloud services, or digital transformation companies will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling AI or software solutions to startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients.
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and deal-closing skills.
- Comfortable handling domestic and international clients.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
