Job Summary
A Microfinance Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting microfinance products, building relationships with borrowers, conducting field visits, and ensuring timely loan repayments. The role involves working closely with low-income individuals, self-help groups (SHGs), small business owners, and rural communities to provide financial services that support their economic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and enroll eligible customers for microfinance loan products.
- Conduct field visits to villages, communities, and business locations to generate leads.
- Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and other financial products to prospective customers.
- Organize group meetings and customer awareness programs.
- Verify customer information and assist in loan application processing.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer documentation.
- Build strong relationships with borrowers and community leaders.
- Monitor loan utilization and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers for timely EMI and loan repayments.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
- Support recovery activities for overdue accounts when required.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate / Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, insurance, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and fieldwork interest may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and lending practices.

Pay: ₹10,499.30 - ₹13,000.00 per month
