We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our team in Nikol. You will be the bridge between aesthetics and functionality, responsible for crafting high-converting landing pages and intuitive website experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for landing pages and multi-page websites using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Development: Translate designs into responsive, SEO-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (or builders like Elementor/Webflow where applicable).
- Optimization: Analyze user behavior to improve UI elements and UX flows for better conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven portfolio of web design and landing page projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma is our primary tool).
- Strong command of front-end basics: HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and basic JS.
- Experience with responsive design (mobile-first approach).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in or able to commute to Nikol, Ahmedabad.
Work Schedule (Hybrid)
- 3 days in-office (Nikol) / 2 days remote.
