Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the complete HR operations for our manufacturing plant located in Bari Brahmana, Jammu. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR strategy, plant HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate with plant leadership for manpower planning and organizational development
- Maintain HR records, policies, and reporting systems
- Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- 13–15 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and plant HR operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage large workforce and plant operations efficiently
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
