Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Lead with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end hiring, manage employee lifecycle processes, and handle HR operations using greytHR.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech & non-tech roles
* Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
* Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave via greytHR
* Partner with stakeholders on hiring and HR initiatives
* Drive employee engagement and ensure policy compliance
Requirements
* 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment-focused)
* Hands-on experience with greytHR is an added advantage
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in fintech/startup environment preferred
