Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise growth for BoC - Burger or Chai by identifying, pitching, and converting potential franchise partners. This role requires strong sales ability, relationship building, and understanding of business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Lead Generation
- Nurture, and close new franchise leads through multiple channels. We generate leads, you close the deals
- Conduct franchise presentations and business pitches.
- Explain brand concept, investment structure, ROI, and operational model to prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into signed franchise agreements.
Pipeline & Conversion Management
- Manage franchise sales funnel from enquiry to closure.
- Track and follow up with leads regularly.
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting.
Partner Evaluation
- Screen and evaluate potential franchise partners based on financial capability, location suitability, and brand fit.
- Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and approvals.
Market Expansion
- Identify new cities and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Participate in franchise exhibitions and networking events.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and franchise partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of franchise business models.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with investors.
- Self-driven with strong target orientation.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in franchise sales, QSR, retail expansion, or business development.
- Knowledge of F&B industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling franchise documentation and agreements is preferred.
