- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred
- Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the business development team
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Update CRM or reports with call outcomes and lead status
