We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Immigration Telecaller to connect with potential clients, provide information about immigration services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
- Explain immigration programs (PR, study visa, work visa, visitor visa, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and assess basic eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration or visa services.
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle objections and close leads.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in immigration consultancy.
- Knowledge of PR programs (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
