We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support our Human Resources functions and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with an HR certification or professional HR course such as HR Generalist, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, or equivalent are preferred.
- Freshers with relevant HR qualifications or certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage and monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR operational activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support HR policies, processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related coordination and employee data preparation.
- Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
