Job Description: Full Stack Developer
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications — covering both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (APIs, database, integrations). This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React / Angular / Vue (as per your requirement).
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into pixel-perfect UI.
- Implement reusable components and ensure frontend architecture scalability.
- Optimize UI for speed, performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Backend Development
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js / Python / Java / .NET.
- Develop robust backend logic, microservices, and server-side architecture.
- Work with relational/non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
DevOps & Infrastructure (Preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Basic understanding of server configurations and deployments.
Quality & Collaboration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Work closely with QA teams for bug fixing and release cycles.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Node.js Express/NestJS, Django/Flask, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Experience with database design, complex queries, and ORM frameworks.
- Understanding of API integrations, JWT, OAuth, and security standards.
- Ability to debug, profile, and optimize both frontend and backend code.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
