About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Associate to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and compliance work across a portfolio of clients, while also providing light mentoring and review support to junior team members. This is a hands-on technical role for someone with solid practical experience who is ready to take more independent ownership of client work.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for an assigned set of clients
- Handle GST compliance and monthly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals and businesses
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Support audit engagements with documentation, schedules, and client coordination
- Review work completed by Associates and provide guidance and feedback
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and gather required information
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance across your client portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or compliance
- Strong working knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation
- Hands-on experience with Tally and the GST portal; comfort with MS Excel
- A background in Accounts & Finance (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent); CA Inter or ACCA progress is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client deliverables
- Comfortable reviewing and guiding junior team members' work
- Strong attention to detail and clear client communication
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
