Content Creator & Social Media Manager — Zlan Creations
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, understands content, and can manage client accounts with creativity and responsibility.
At Zlan Creations, you’ll work closely with different brands — planning content, creating content ideas, managing day-to-day social media activities, coordinating with the creative team, and helping clients grow online.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, creative, updated with trends, confident with content creation, and comfortable handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
⚡ Immediate joining preferred — candidates who can join within 3–5 days will be prioritised.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing social media accounts for clients on a daily basis
- Creating monthly content calendars and planning post ideas
- Creating content ideas for reels, stories, campaigns, and social media posts
- Coordinating with clients for approvals, updates, and requirements
- Scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Assisting in content shoots and creative executions
- Working with designers, editors, and marketing team members to execute content smoothly
- Staying updated with trends and suggesting creative content ideas
- Monitoring engagement and supporting overall brand growth online
- Occasionally appearing in content, voiceovers, or presenting ideas when required
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current content trends
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts responsibly
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Someone proactive, organised, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment
- Someone who naturally understands internet culture, trends, and engaging content formats
Skills That Will Be a Big Plus
- Comfortable presenting ideas on camera or in meetings
- Canva skills
- Basic understanding of video production
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Basic graphic designing skills
- Understanding of reels, hooks, captions, and content performance
- Confidence in ideating and creating short-form content
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — but having an interest in content creation and creative execution definitely helps.
