Role Overview
Responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage control
- Drive sales through local marketing and upselling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand and operational SOPs
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Production & FMCG Pipeline Management
- Large-Scale Manpower & Shift Control
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
Preferred Background
- Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Core Experience- 8 to 10 years of verified plant management background inside an automated FMCG or food/grocery packaging unit.
- Manpower Track Record- Demonstrated history directing a plant workforce of 200+ contractual and permanent floor operators.
- Technical Stack- Deep fluency in production-tier ERP suites (SAP PP/MM, Oracle), automated SCADA systems, and Excel modeling.
