Job Location:
Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through product options.
● Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual showroom sales targets.
● Deliver excellent customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction and strong word-of-mouth referrals.
● Educate customers about product features, materials, finishes, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
● Create aesthetic and functional 2D layouts as per client requirements within the given timeline (with support from the design team if required).
● Prepare and present design and pricing proposals to clients in a timely manner.
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
● Ensure the showroom floor, displays, and sample units are always well organized and presentable.
● Follow up with customers via calls and messages to support conversions and closure.
● Build and maintain positive professional relations with walk-in customers to enhance brand goodwill.
● Submit daily sales and enquiry reports to the Head of Department (HOD) / Director.
● Undertake additional tasks related to the role as assigned. Required Qualifications:
● Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to understand client needs and offer the right design and product solutions.
● Excellent presentation and communication skills.
● 3–7 years of experience in showroom sales / modular kitchen sales / interior products / furniture retail preferred.
● Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
