Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care and support hospital operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting doctors, and ensuring proper nursing care standards are maintained
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Monitor patient condition and maintain accurate records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
- Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and comfort
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Ensure infection control and hospital safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification required
- Valid RN (Registered Nurse) number mandatory
- 1–2 years of hospital experience preferred
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and nursing procedures
