We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth for our PMC (Project Management Consultancy) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting client meetings, site visits, opportunity mapping, and developing relationships with property owners, developers, architects, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads from website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and field visits.
- Pitch PMC and EPC solutions to prospective clients.
- Meet developers, site owners, architects, and consultants to identify project opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and collect project-related information.
- Prepare and share proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain lead database and submit regular activity reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of construction and real estate industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
