- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and action trackers.
- Draft professional emails, letters, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
- Schedule and manage virtual meetings through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, service providers, and external agencies.
- Maintain office records, databases, and documentation systems.
- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and databases.
- Organize digital filing systems and ensure proper document control.
- Utilize AI tools and modern office software to improve productivity.
- Act as a coordination point between management, consultants, advisors, vendors, and team members.
- Support research, strategic initiatives, business development activities, and special projects.
- Be willing to undertake responsibilities beyond routine administrative work whenever required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Science, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Administrative Executive, Business Coordinator, or similar roles.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and computer skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
