Job Summary
Chungath Jewellery is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver a premium customer experience and ensure every visitor receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom.
- Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Maintain a luxurious and welcoming showroom environment.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage customer flow during peak hours and special events.
- Coordinate customer appointments and VIP visits.
- Collect customer feedback and support relationship-building initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional hospitality and customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with high-value customers.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, customer service, or front office roles is an advantage.
