Job Summary
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, supervising the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves monitoring customer interactions, maintaining showroom standards, and supporting the team in converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Supervise daily showroom sales activities.
- Ensure all walk-in customers are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Support sales executives in vehicle presentations and sales closures.
- Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure test rides are conducted as per company guidelines.
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Team Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of sales staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to sales executives.
- Conduct daily sales briefings and review meetings.
Showroom Operations
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and vehicle display standards.
- Verify availability of brochures, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with stockyard and delivery teams for vehicle availability.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer records and enquiry registers.
Reporting & Administration
- Track daily enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and cancellations.
- Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports.
- Monitor CRM updates and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
