Associate SDR – AI-First Sales Role
Location: Bangalore
Eligibility: BBA / MBA Freshers (2026 Batch)
About the Role
We're looking for sharp, curious freshers who are hungry to build a career in B2B sales at a fast-moving software company. This isn't a traditional SDR role — we want people who think for themselves, use AI tools as a natural extension of their work, and are always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads using a mix of sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and AI-driven research
Conduct in-depth research on target companies, industries, and buyer personas to support outreach
Write personalised, high-quality outreach — emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts — that cut through the noise
Nurture prospects and follow through with phone calls to build a multi-channel connect with prospects.
Understand our product deeply enough to have intelligent conversations with prospects in Fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS
Identify gaps in existing processes and proactively suggest improvements — we expect you to have opinions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
What we are looking for:
Non-negotiables:
BBA or MBA fresher — no prior work experience required
Actively uses AI tools in daily life (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.) — not just awareness, but real, habitual usage
Excellent written and spoken English — this is a communication-first role
Strong research instinct — you enjoy digging into a topic until you actually understand it
Traits that will set you apart:
You spot a broken process and fix it before being asked
You ask "why does this work this way?" and follow up with "here's a better way"
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can structure your own day without hand-holding
You read about business, technology, or sales on your own time — not because someone told you to
What this role is not
It is not a cold-calling churn role
It is not for candidates who need step-by-step instructions for every task
It is not suitable if your only AI exposure is occasionally using ChatGPT to write college assignments
