Essenn Architects is looking for a highly skilled Architect with expertise in architectural and interior design development, technical detailing, and working drawings. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating conceptual designs into comprehensive architectural and interior execution packages while coordinating with consultants, site teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Architectural Design Development
- Develop architectural concepts into detailed design packages.
- Prepare design development drawings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and villa projects.
- Resolve design challenges related to planning, circulation, materials, and functionality.
- Coordinate design intent with execution requirements.
Interior Design Development
- Develop interior layouts and detailed interior design packages.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, wall elevation drawings, and material specifications.
- Produce detailed joinery and custom furniture drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for execution feasibility.
Working Drawings & Technical Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive GFC drawing packages.

Coordination & Execution Support

- Resolve site-related drawing issues and revisions.
- Conduct periodic site visits for design and execution coordination.
- Support project documentation and handover processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ability to independently handle projects from design development to execution documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site execution.
- Excellent communication and consultant coordination skills.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, high-end villas, or commercial projects will be highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and documentation standards.
