About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Google Ads professional with proven experience in lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple Google Ads accounts, optimizing campaigns daily, maintaining trackers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a consistent flow of quality enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns on a daily basis.
- Monitor campaign budgets, spend, and performance.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL.
- Perform keyword research and regularly update negative keywords.
- Optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Local, and Call campaigns.
- Analyze search term reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor conversion tracking and campaign health.
- Maintain daily lead trackers and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and managers regarding lead quality and conversion feedback.
- Understand lead trends, customer behaviour, campaign performance trends, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all trackers and reports are updated accurately and on time.
- Identify issues proactively and take corrective actions.
- Research and implement new Google Ads strategies, automation opportunities, and best practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong experience in lead generation campaigns.

- Search Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Call Campaigns
- Display Campaigns
- Local Campaigns
- Conversion Tracking
- Google Analytics 4 (Basic)
- Google Tag Manager (Basic)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets up to ₹10 Lakhs is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
