Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Automobile Insurance Executive to manage new vehicle insurance, policy renewals, customer follow-ups, documentation, and insurance claim coordination. The candidate should have good knowledge of motor insurance products and excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance policies for new vehicle deliveries.
- Explain motor insurance plans, benefits, premiums, add-ons, exclusions, and claim procedures to customers.
- Generate quotations by coordinating with different insurance companies.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding insurance policy renewals.
- Achieve monthly new-policy and renewal targets.
- Maintain an updated database of customers, policies, expiry dates, and renewals.
- Ensure timely collection of insurance premiums and issuance of policy documents.
- Verify customer KYC documents, vehicle details, RC information, and previous policy records.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshop teams, and customers for claim processing.
- Assist customers with cashless and reimbursement claim procedures.
- Track pending claims and provide regular updates to customers.
- Promote suitable add-on covers such as zero depreciation, engine protection, roadside assistance, and personal accident cover.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly insurance performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: PUC, Diploma, or any graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile insurance, motor insurance, insurance renewals, vehicle sales, or a dealership environment.
- Freshers with good communication and sales abilities may also be considered.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler or four-wheeler insurance products is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM, and insurance portals.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
