Sales Executive – Job Description
Job Summary:
An Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, managing distributor and retailer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving business targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
- Generate orders and ensure timely product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising.
- Track stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth operation.
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales planning and relationship management.
- Market analysis and territory management.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of FMCG/RETAIL sales experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
