Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle client inquiries via chat and social media platforms, ensure prompt responses, and manage lead data in Zoho CRM. The role requires excellent written communication and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries via chat (website, WhatsApp, social media)
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability
- Capture and update leads in Zoho CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
- Maintain chat records and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Good written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Pay: ₹10,257.72 - ₹32,456.01 per month
Work Location: In person
