Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the EdTech industry to join our growing team in the Mulund/Thane region. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to generate leads, counsel students/parents, and drive admissions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits.
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities in schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and EdTech industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable traveling within Mulund, Thane, and nearby areas.

Working Days & Timing

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
