Role: Head Mistress
Location: Keeranatham, Coimbatore
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teachers to maintain high academic and pastoral standards.
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.
- Monitor student progress and support individualized learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to enhance student development.
- Plan and execute academic calendars, events, and enrichment activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed./Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
- Minimum 6-10 years of teaching experience, including at least2 years in a leadership role in Pre-Primary/Early Years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.
