* Achieve branch/business targets
* Source new customers for loans, deposits, insurance, or investment products
* Conduct field visits and customer meetings
* Develop referral networks and channel partners
Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain relationships with existing customers
* Resolve customer complaints and service issues
* Cross-sell financial products
* Ensure customer retention and repeat business
Credit & Loan Processing
* Verify customer documents and KYC
* Assess loan eligibility and repayment capacity
* Coordinate loan approvals and disbursements
* Monitor portfolio quality
Collection & Recovery
* Follow up overdue accounts
* Reduce NPA (Non-Performing Assets)
* Handle recovery visits and negotiations
* Maintain collection efficiency
Operations & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to RBI and company policies
* Monitor documentation and audit requirements
* Maintain branch reports and MIS
* Ensure proper cash and process controls
Marketing & Field Activities
* Organize campaigns and promotional activities
* Conduct telecalling and customer visits
* Build local market presence
* Coordinate with branches and regional office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
