About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Officer with strong experience in the apparel manufacturing or export industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing key finance operations, margin costing, vendor management, reporting, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage margin costing and product costing to support business decisions.
- Handle vendor management, including vendor reconciliation, payments, and coordination.
- Prepare and analyze OCR reports and other financial reports.
- Monitor financial transactions, expenses, and cost-related activities.
- Ensure accurate ledger reconciliation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for finance-related requirements.
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support management with financial analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company finance policies and processes.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing or an export house.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, costing, margins, and vendor management.
- Experience in team handling and finance operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Candidates with senior-level experience in the apparel/manufacturing sector will be preferred.
Compensation: Open to negotiation and will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, and overall suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
