Roles & Responsibilities – Guest Relationship Executive (Bar & Restaurant)
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and ongoing promotions.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.
- Follow up with guests during and after their dining experience to gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
- Assist in managing waiting lists during peak hours.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support special events, parties, and promotional activities organized by the restaurant.
- Coordinate with the billing and cashier team, if required, to assist guests.
- Promote loyalty programs, memberships, or special offers to guests.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and hospitality service guidelines.
- Prepare daily guest reports, reservation summaries, and feedback reports for management.
