Junior Trader (Trainee)
Location: OnsiteWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
About the Role
Proptra is seeking ambitious, analytical, and motivated individuals to join our Junior Trader TrainingProgram.
You do not need a finance degree or prior trading experience to succeed here. We welcome candidatesfrom diverse academic and professional backgrounds who demonstrate strong quantitative aptitude,pattern recognition skills, emotional discipline, and a genuine curiosity about financial markets.
This is a performance-focused training program. During the training period, participants receiveprofessional training, mentorship, trading infrastructure, and proprietary tools at no cost. Compensationbecomes applicable upon successful completion of the program and transition to a Junior Trader role
What You Will Do
- Learn market microstructure, arbitrage concepts, and trading strategies Analyze order books and market movements Participate in daily market preparation and review sessions Execute simulated and live trading strategies under supervision Maintain detailed trade logs and performance records Conduct post-trade analysis and identify areas for improvement Study trading concepts, market behavior, and strategy development

Important Information
- This is a full-time onsite training program designed to develop professional traders.
- Candidates do not pay any fees for the training program. The firm provides training, mentorship,proprietary software, trading infrastructure, and learning resources at no cost.
- No stipend, salary, or compensation will be paid during the training period.
- A training agreement and commitment period apply. Detailed terms will be discussed during the interviewprocess.
- Successful candidates who demonstrate consistent performance, discipline, and profitability duringtraining will be considered for promotion to Junior Trader with compensation and profit-sharingopportunities.
