Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships across the food and beverage sector. This role requires strong knowledge of F&B products, market dynamics, and customer requirements in retail and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and convert new clients in assigned markets.
· Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
· Prepare competitive quotes, proposals, and product offers.
· Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
· Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and product requirements.
· Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
· Track competitor activities, pricing, and market demands.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree Or any related field
Experience:
· 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the food and beverage industry (FMCG )
· Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in field sales, account management, and market development.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Good understanding of F&B product categories, pricing, and market trends.
· Proficiency in MS Office,
· Ability to travel frequently and manage a territory independently.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
