Deputy Manager - Quality (QA/QC)
Job Overview
- Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | Department: Projects - QA/QC
- Reporting To: Construction Manager / Head - Projects
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 7–9 years (Solar or heavy infrastructure preferred).
Role Summary
Responsible for enforcing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) across all civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical tasks to guarantee defect-free execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Create and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITP); witness soil, concrete, reinforcement, and equipment testing.
- Material Verification: Inspect incoming project materials, verify manufacturer test certificates, and ensure proper site storage.
- Defect Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), direct corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and verify punch points before handover.
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, IS Codes, and IEC Standards.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, technical documentation, and quality audits.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
