-Individual performance along with team performance
-Revenue Generation and team handling so he/she should be able to work with people and at the same time, should be very hands-on
-Working in direction for achieving the set targets
-Encourage team for visit and closures
-Individual/ Team targets to be achieved
-Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential clients
-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
An ideal candidate for us:
Mandatory experience of minimum 7 years in sales
-Excellence in real estate with a positive attitude and team playing ability
-Establishing an instant rapport with clients
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
