Job Description
SS Hyundai Adoor is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PDI Technician to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting and preparing new vehicles before customer delivery, ensuring they meet Hyundai quality and safety standards. Typical PDI responsibilities include vehicle inspection, checking mechanical and electrical systems, identifying defects, performing minor adjustments, and maintaining inspection records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on new vehicles.
- Check mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
- Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and accessory fitments.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, defect-free, and delivery-ready.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for timely vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service/PDI activities preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and automotive systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Valid driving license preferred.
