Job Description: Die Setter & Die Maker
Key Responsibilities
- Set, install, and align dies on press machines.
- Manufacture, repair, modify, and maintain press tools and dies.
- Perform die trials and ensure smooth production startup.
- Troubleshoot die and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on dies and tooling.
- Read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining die accuracy.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter, or a related trade.
- Experience in die setting, die making, or press tool maintenance.
- Knowledge of power press operations and tooling.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
