Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services and products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update call logs and CRM records regularly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
