1. Front Desk / Reception Duties
- Greeting and assisting visitors professionally
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Maintaining visitor logs and security protocols
2. Administrative Coordination
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating meetings and conference rooms
- Handling basic documentation and filing
- Vendor coordination (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Supporting HR/admin tasks when needed
3. Courier Handling
- Receive courier, verify details and condition, record in register, and deliver to the correct person.
- Collect parcel, verify address, book courier, record details, and share tracking ID.
- Maintain log (date, sender, receiver, tracking)
4. Support to EA (Executive Assistant)
- Assisting in calendar scheduling for meetings
- Assisting in preparing documents, reports, or presentations
- Following up on tasks assigned by EA
- Coordinating internal communication
- Helping organize events, travel, or appointments
5. Coordination (Indirect involvement)
- Ensuring meeting readiness (rooms, materials, logistics)
- Handling priority communication when instructed by EA
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
