Job Summary
The Interior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works (civil, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, MEP coordination).
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Manage material planning, procurement, and delivery tracking.
- Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and delays.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety standards on-site.
- Assist in project scheduling and resource planning.
- Verify and certify contractor bills and work completion.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in:
- Civil Engineering
- Interior Design / Architecture (with site experience)
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction projects.
- Experience in residential preferred.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of interior construction techniques & materials
- Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD, layouts, shop drawings)
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination
- Strong site management and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Exposure to luxury or high-end interior projects
Working Conditions
- Primarily site-based role
- May require travel between multiple project sites
- Work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments
Reporting To
- Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
