Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality designs for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create branding assets, presentations, and promotional designs.
- Edit images and produce visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Deliver assigned projects within timelines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the reporting manager.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Experience in designing social media creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
Language Requirements
- English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil will be preferred.
Working Days
- 6-day work week.
- One weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
