Senior Guest Service ExecutiveJob Summary
The Senior Guest Service Executive is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience for VVIP visitors at a VVIP Residence. The role involves welcoming and escorting guests, conducting guided tours of the property, explaining its architecture, facilities, history, and unique features, while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort VVIP guests throughout the VVIP Residence.
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours of the property.
- Explain the facts, figures, history, architecture, facilities, and key highlights of the property.
- Ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable guest experience.
- Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth guest movement.
- Address guest queries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and strictly adhere to all VVIP protocols.
- Maintain impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct at all times.
- Reside within the VVIP Residence as company accommodation will be provided and remain available to attend to guest requirements as per operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Aviation, Tourism, or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Airline/Aviation environment, preferably as Cabin Crew, Airline Ground Staff, Airport Guest Relations, or similar VVIP/customer-facing roles.
- Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or VVIP services may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong personality with excellent grooming, etiquette, and professional presence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
