Skillship Edutech is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Drone, AI & Robotics Trainers to conduct practical STEM education sessions in schools across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, and nearby NCR locations. The role involves travelling to assigned schools during morning to afternoon school hours to deliver engaging, hands-on sessions on Drone Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Block-Based Coding, and Python Programming for students of different age groups. Trainers will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom sessions, guiding students through practical activities and projects, demonstrating drone assembly, programming, flying techniques, AI concepts, robotics fundamentals, sensor integration, and coding using both block-based platforms and Python. They will also maintain training kits and equipment, ensure classroom discipline and student safety, coordinate with school staff, record attendance, submit daily session reports, and represent Skillship Edutech professionally at all times. Candidates should possess a Diploma, B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Aeronautical, IT, or related fields. Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome, while prior experience in STEM education, robotics, coding, or drone training will be an added advantage. Applicants should have excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, a willingness to travel extensively across the NCR region, and a passion for teaching school students. The training syllabus includes the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Drone Technology, electronics, sensors and actuators, drone components and assembly, flight controllers, drone flying and safety, robotics projects, computational thinking, block-based coding, Python programming, automation, IoT fundamentals, troubleshooting, hands-on experiments, mini projects, and STEM innovation activities.
