Urutva Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, sincere, and curious fresher to work directly with the Founder/CEO. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how a business actually works from inside.
You will get hands-on exposure to business coordination, AI tools, customer communication, lead research, meetings, hiring support, and daily founder-level work.
What You Will Learn
- How business decisions are taken
- How to use AI/ChatGPT for real office work
- How to manage leads, contacts, and follow-ups
- How to communicate with customers and vendors
- How meetings are handled and action points are created
- How hiring and interviews are coordinated
- How daily business operations are managed
Your Main Work
- Assist the Founder in daily tasks
- Use ChatGPT/AI tools as guided
- Maintain simple Excel/Google Sheets
- Search and organize business information online
- Take notes during discussions and meetings
- Make task lists and follow-up reminders
- Receive basic calls and note messages
- Coordinate interview schedules and simple follow-ups
- Travel locally within Ahmedabad when required
Who Can Apply
- Fresher only
- BBA, B.Com, or BA preferred
- Fluent English required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Search, and Excel
- Interested in learning AI tools
- Good listener and quick learner
- Polite, punctual, and disciplined
- Candidate from Naroda or nearby area preferred
- Two-wheeler driving preferred
- Car driving is an added advantage
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a typical data-entry or receptionist job.
You will work closely with the Founder and learn practical business skills from day one. If you are serious about building your career, learning fast, and getting real exposure, this role can give you a strong start.
Trial Period
First 45 days will be a trial period. Continuation will depend on punctuality, learning ability, discipline, communication, and task performance.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
