- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Provide product, pricing, and order status information to customers.
- Register and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams for order updates.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record all customer interactions and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding deliveries and feedback.
