About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations within the facility services vertical. The role involves overseeing client servicing, manpower deployment, operations management, statutory compliance, business growth, and profitability of the branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, housekeeping, security services, or integrated facility services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations for facility services accounts.
- Ensure smooth delivery of housekeeping, security, technical, and support services across client sites.
- Monitor operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Implement SOPs and operational best practices across all sites.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure service excellence.
- Resolve client escalations and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.
Manpower & Team Management
- Manage recruitment, deployment, attendance, discipline, and retention of field staff.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per client requirements.
- Supervise site managers, supervisors, and support teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and team development initiatives.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Support business acquisition and branch revenue growth initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities in facility management and manpower services.
- Participate in client presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, labor laws, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain proper operational records, billing documentation, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and compliance teams for smooth branch functioning.
Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor branch P&L, operational costs, and budgeting.
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Manage branch administration and resource utilization effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience Required
- 6–12 years of experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, housekeeping, security services, or integrated facility services.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in team handling and branch operations management.
