At Proost Beer (Grano69 Beverages Pvt. Ltd.), we're looking for a highly driven professional to lead our supply chain, logistics, and procurement operations as we continue to scale across markets.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 7–9 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG / Brewery / Beverage / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Procurement Planning & Vendor Development
- Freight Negotiation & Cost Optimization
- Inventory Management & Production Planning
- BOM Analysis & MIS Reporting
- Finished Goods Tracking Across Multiple Locations
- Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Cross-functional Coordination with Sales, Finance & Brewery Teams
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in Logistics, Operations, and Procurement
✔ Excellent Vendor Management & Negotiation Skills
✔ Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting Expertise
✔ Experience with ERP Systems (SAP/Tally preferred)
✔ Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred
