Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This is primarily an in-house role focused on building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets, with minimal field involvement when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services
- Conduct product demos and handle sales discussions virtually
- Drive end-to-end sales including lead generation and closures
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for effective lead conversion
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and forecast targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or target-driven roles
- Proven experience in lead generation and closures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have worked in a target-based environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Biology background is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- This is primarily an in-house role; field visits may be required occasionally
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
