Manages the investigation and troubleshooting of complex product maintenance issues to ensure customer agreement on short- and long-term solutions.

Development Operations - System Maintenance:
Leads teams in performing periodic maintenance and testing operations for systems that require upgrading or patching (e.g., for critical vulnerabilities).
Delegates assignments to teams to implement and evolve standard operating procedures (SOP) for development and for driving improvements, ensuring automation, testing, and debugging of systems to ensure service/product availability, health, support, and reliability.
